Re-posting to this thread group...posted in Suspension group, but had on response so hopeful to get some insight here.

I am anxiously awaiting a 2023 Platinum 4x4 (short bed) that is scheduled to be delivered late this month. My apologies if I’m overlooking this direct topic elsewhere, but I’m looking at leveling the truck and putting on some more aggressive looking tires (BFG KO2, or similar) and would like some input.

I’ve skimmed other threads and various articles online, and it seems that leveling this version (gen 3) is frowned upon and either leaving it stock or going with a full lift is recommended, but not a level.

Some background for context on my usage. The level would purely be for aesthetics. I am not an off-road driver. I will use the 4x4 function several times a year, but simply as a necessity.

Would love to hear from anyone with experience with this gen and a level, with any negative or positive experiences you could share. Would also love any before/after pictures.

I leveled my front end 1" and it does help with aesthetics and I figured since the TRD pro comes with a 1" lift standard, that height is well within the design parameters of the front suspension of the truck.

    Lots of stuff!
I did a RC 1.75" level. I like it. It looks proper now and better with the larger tires. I think the negatives come from going too high and there are issues with CV shaft lengths and bottoming out especially off roading. The road feel in mine is a good as stock. I have a TRD Offroad suspension and no rear air systems so pretty simple.

Do go and look at the link the @ryanwgregg has posted above. That will answer all your questions.

Would you possibly be able to post a picture of it? I'm looking at doing that same thing!
