I noticed excessive wear on the outside part of my front tires. My 2023 Tundra TRD Off Road truck has only 19000km. Got the truck back from my Toyota dealer today and they noted the tire wear and confirmed that my tire alignment is to Toyota specifications. They agreed to speak to Toyota Canada to see what the fix is. I mentioned the current service campaign for the Tundra Pro trim models L85 and that they need to extend the service to more models as I don't want to replace my tires every couple years for a problem that originated at the factory. We will see how this goes. Anyone else seeing the same thing on their non- pro trim levels?

Yes all three of my tundras had issues a 16 ,18 and now my 22 just need to find a good wheel alignment guy and try not to over inflate the tires recommend tire inflation is on the door

My 2023 is “feathering” the outer edges of the tires. I rotated at around 5,000km and a couple thousand later I noticed the passengers side doing the same again. I have 295/70r18 wildpeaks with a 1” cornfed lift. Running 39 psi. I had it lined up immediately after the 1” front lift and noticed the alignment spec sheet the shop gave me said trd pro. Maybe that’s my issue?

I'm seeing the same thing on the outer tread of both fronts at 5000 miles. 100% stock with no mods and not a TRD Pro. Has anyone had a resolution provided by Toyota for this?

From what I’ve read you want as close to 0 toe as you can get. My falken wildpeaks are starting to get noticeably louder at highway speeds and I’m going to talk to alignment shop tomorrow. At $2,000 Canadian to replace my tires I’m not going to mess around any longer

So I continue to go back and forth with Toyota Canada, my dealer, and Michelin Tire. As a good will offer Michelin agreed to cover 57% of the cost of new tires. I pay for the installation and the remaining 43% for new tires. Cost me $1,100 and they would not give me my old tires. Toyota is not taking any responsibility despite the recall on a similar trim Tundra and despite me rotating my tires. I have had five wheel alignments and each time the alignment is according to Toyota specifications. I will monitor the new tires to to see if the problem continues.
