So I have had my 2022 SR5 Crewmax since March of 2022. Just in the last 2 weeks I noticed that my carpet was damp underneath my all-weather floor mats. I pulled off the trim pieces at the door threshold and found that the carpet pad was soaked on both driver and passenger side. I thought it might be a leaky seal somewhere and had a week of nice weather so I left my windows open as much as possible and used towels to soak up as much moisture as possible but it never helped. This lead me to believe it was an AC condensate issue.

I took it in to the dealer and the only info i got was "the entire AC system needs to be replaced and we are waiting on parts." I have asked what exactly the problem was and how long it may be until i get my truck back and I haven not gotten any responses.

Has anybody else had a similar issue? No I do not have a sun/moon roof and the truck is bone stock.

Close out update for anybody in the future googling.

the AC assembly cracked at the base and it was dumping all the condensate (water) into the truck instead of out of the drain line.

Truck was in the shop for about 3 weeks, they replaced the entire AC assembly, replaced the soft goods on the interior (carpet etc) as well as the all weather mats.

I’ve had the truck back for a little over a week now and I’ve been checking under the floor mats and everything is staying dry so far.
