    Hey Tundra Lovers!
I am considering buying a 2022 Tundra. To buy or not to buy?

Test drive it and see what you think. That answer is subjective and will vary. You can search the threads on this forum and see others feedback. There are people who love them, hate them, and everything between. It comes down to preference. I’m usually not a big fan of buying the first year of a redesign and plan on keeping my 2016 for several more years.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! You'll find about three opinions on this site:
    1. Yes, buy a 2022. The issues are due to issues with suppliers and Toyota will get them all worked out.
    2. No, buy the last V8, a '20 or '21 model because you never want to buy the first model year of a new design.
    3. No, buy a 1st Gen, because all later Tundras are subpar (or something like that).

If you don’t really need a truck right now, I’d wait at least 2-3 years before getting one. I trust Toyota over any other car manufacturer but only time will tell how well they made the latest version.
