    Just droped my Tundra off for the 30000 mile oil change. I asked about updates on the engine recall. The service tech said they had no news on engine swaps and said they were not set up to do a large volume of engines swaps.

    Possibly your dealer/tech is just out of the loop. Maybe try another dealer for your questions.

    Very true. I am in no hurry to get the swap. No issues with mine but I would like clarification. Until I get my official update everything is speculation.
