I bought my truck new in March 0f 2022. I have a little over 17,000 miles on it all of which are highway miles. I don't abuse it. The headliner is coming down/off. It has separated by about 2 inches in the front. I can push it back up and it clicks and holds for a couple of seconds, but then it falls back down. I reported it to the dealer in November2024. They said they had to report it to Toyota to find out what to do about it. I'm waiting, but my patience is wearing thin.

The headliner is actually held up by velcro. But its that hard plastic type that "clicks" together. unless you've already tried, use a bit more force pushing up on the headliner. they're spaced pretty far apart in my opinion and in about 2" pieces. assuming you have the pano roof, work your way around the edge of the pano roof. hopefully this helps.

Thank you. Poor design in my opinion

Agreed, I had to pull my headliner twice. 1st was for figuring out how to wire my Leer cap 3rd brake light to the cab 3rd brake light. 2nd was to actually do the wiring. I guess it has its pro's and con's.

Had the same issue with mine, and they warrantied it. No issues since.
