2022 Tundra 1794 Edition Doors Moldings

Hi, blessings:

I’m new here, thanks for accepting me. I own a 22 Tundra 1794 Edition with some Tundra Pro upgrades. I’m in the process of “erasing” the chrome with black matte. I still need to “erase” the trim around the windows and the doors moldings. I know how to remove the window trims but not the door moldings. Anyone here knows how? Are they attached with screws, glue, tape, etc? I tried Youtube but can’t find it there. Any help is appreciated.

Door trim is just adhesive. Pulled it off my platinum when it broke due to misalignment.

The door moldings come off easy as earlier stated, peel pull off the rest of the tape.
I swapped out 90% of my chrome and still on the fence with the door spears, I would like to keep them but wanna make them matte black but I want to keep the inner emblem in chrome.
Yeah I know....
