2022 Toyota Tundra Recall

So I'm talking to the Toyota Dealer about the complete engine replacement recall on the 2022 Toyota Tundra. I've heard about a class action lawsuit against Toyota related to the recall. Getting the new engine is a reasonable fix, when it's done, but the resale and trade in value for the truck have taken a huge hit. Is anyone aware of any class action effort to address the loss of value?

Never heard of a class action suit due to value because Toyota is fully replacing a motor. There was one before the recall was announced. But nothing regarding diminished value.
