Hello all, I’m searching for my first Tundra SR . I have been looking at used tundras, and am getting pricing in the 35-38,000 range for vehicles having under 50k miles.
So I went to the Toyota page, and saw you can still “build” a 2022.
I created a basic 4x4 SR build no extras, no mats, and I see an MSRP of 41,000.
I don’t want to waste my time or the dealers, but are tundras still going above msrp or below.
Thanks. And I’ve been lurking here for a few weeks but finally made an account..

I think it depends on a few factors like location, trim, 4x4, etc.

Dealers in my area are still marking up most models 2-15k, but I haven’t seen any SR’s for sale. Not sure if you have a membership, but supposedly Costco offers no markup deals if you buy through them. With the current market, I think a SR build is very interesting! Best of luck!

I would try to have a dealer check their allocation. Probably easier to find SR5’s as they will build way more of those than any other model. I think the SR is a cool option and one that likely would not be overpriced. I know you didn’t want to go to the dealer but there is no other way to get one. There are some straight shooting dealers on here who help forum members.
