2022 Limited Headlight Adjustment

2022 Tundra Limited Army Green

Icon 2.25” Level KMC 17x8.5 0 Offset Falken Wildpeak AT3W 315/70R17

I have a 2022 Limited 4WD with Icon lift. Now my headlights are blinding everyone. My sales sticker shows that I have the adjusting headlights, but there is no dial to adjust them. Im assuming some other package for the truck removed this option from standard.

Does anyone know how to adjust them by hand? I’ve tried several things with no luck.
