Does anyone have a schematic for the front headlight assembly? My drivers headlight needs repositioned slightly to better align with the hood and grill. I see the top 3 bolts, but don’t want to rip the truck apart to locate the others. Yes I can drive an hour to my dealer and drop it off a for a few days and have them fix it. It’s minor, and my OCD is getting to me.

3 screws on top and a bolt behind the bumper by fender looks like.

I have the exact same problem....were you able to fix by loosening...adjusting....retightening?

Unfortunately no. I loosened all of the bolts in the diagram and didn’t get much movement out of the headlight. I may bring it up at its first service and see if the dealer will address it. It’s minimal, but still bothers me!

When I picked up my truck, I pointed this out to the salesman. There were 3 other Tundras awaiting pick up, each had exactly the same gap on the drivers side headlight. He pointed this out as “normal”. I said just because all of them are out of alignment, doesn’t make it right.

Since then, I’ve dropped by the local dealer a few times to check new arrivals. So far, all have the same misalignment on the drivers headlight.

Strange...my buddy just got his and his gaps are near perfect..he is a salesman at dealer...he sent my pic to his service guy and he says this is not normal...and after they swap grill out he is gonna tinker with it

This is good to know. Each one that I’ve looked at are the same as mine.

For me, it bothered me at first, but don’t even notice it now. Ive had a couple of annoyances, but no real issues. Happier each time I drive the truck.

So there are some adjustable rubber stoppers for when the hood closes on each side...not 100% but better20220623_151754.jpg
