Has anyone been able to find what the difference is between 21 coilovers and 22? I've been looking for specs on the 22 shocks and can't find any. Just know that previous leveling kits have been used on the 22

I’ll be honest with you. I used the supreme suspension spacer kit as a temp lift. My lift guy
Needed to modify the spacer in order to
Fit the tapered top hat. I actually was told in here that it would work no problem. That was part wrong.

The spacer lifts work either as is or with modifications for the top hat.

The total overall shock geometry and mounting has changed drastically, so old coil overs do not work. Adventure Motors KC is working with carbon shocks, fox and Robinsons on kits, icon is working on their as well. Pro comp just released their coil over/ strut kit.

I must admit I went from Bilsteins to (better) Bilsteins on my 2015 so I never had the chance to explore some of the other manufacturers in this segment.

Do you mind putting each of those in order of quality?

I am a part time off-roader (for camping/mountain biking/hiking - Gravel/fire roads, snow and dirt in winter and soon to add light over landing to my game) but nothing serious so I so don’t need anything drastic….just would love to have something just above a spacer lift if I can get it.

…and I kept hearing that Rough Country isn’t worth my investment in this area so I am not including them at this time

Saw it on the facebook 22 tundra group, sorry dont have it- google it!

    1. Fox, dobinsons and Icon- I have ran icon's on my past 5 tundras and love them, others dont love them though.
    2. Carbon- new to the "truck world", but no doubt they are probably equal to the ones above. Adventure motors KC is in love with them
    3. Bilstein reservoir shocks
    4. Bilstein 5100
    5. rough country
    6. westcott spacer lift (might run one for a bit until a real kit comes out- best of the spacer lifts)
    15. anything rough country or basic spacer lift
