2021 Tundra steering wheel thump/rattle

Hoping someone has solved this rattle. I have a very faint thump, tap from my steering wheel. It's gotten to the point if I turn the steering wheel with ignition off back and forth it makes the noise. You would almost thing a BB or plastic pellet was rolling back and forth when steering wheel is turned, but it make noise when driving straight. Thanks for any help

 

well found source but not solution. its a sloppy clock spring. shit design.....

 

Solved, jammed from foam between back of steering wheel frame and clock spring (wheel) air bag plugs into

I beginning to believe my part is defective. Probably remove foam and take it in. I can be the only person hearing this noise if it isn't defective.
