I have a 2021 SR5 crewmax 4x4, about 1 out-of 5 times when accelerating from a stop there is a very light clunk noise. Sounds like it's coming from the bed area behind the cab. It does it on light acceleration but not every time.
No modifications have been done..the truck has about 3000 miles on it.

    Anyone else ever have this??
    Any ideas what I'm hearing?

Believe it might be abs self testing brakes

Thank you, I'm looking at some articles on this. Could possibly be it.

I have this too, if its a clunk sound from the front and its the ABS check, it should do it every single time when you turn on the truck and drive past 5 mph. This is completly normal, i hate it, but i am getting used to it. If you only hear it sometimes from the rear and it feels most like a bump in the back, i have this too, and think it may be a TSB related issue relating to the driveshaft at the rear diff, its intermittent. I will be having the dealership check it on my first oil change. My 21 currently has 1400 miles on it.

I used to have this and thought it was related to the driveshaft TSB. I inspected the rear end as recommended in the TSB and found nothing wrong.

When I removed my rear leafs to install the rear lift, the passenger side leaf was binding on the bolts. There's no lube on the bolts and i believe when they release from being bound up, you feel a bump. My truck is a 2007 but it's had the bumping sensation since new.

I never took the truck in for the driveshaft TSB and have not experienced the bumping sensation since replacing the leaf springs.

It is the abs system doing a self test. Completely normal.
