2021 - Thud/Knock Noise (Inside Cabin)

Recently I have started hearing a noise near the driver side dash area (I think). The best way describe the noise is a Thud or a knock. almost like something is not 100% tight and it moves when I hit a bump. It is the same exact sound every time.

It only happens when I hit a bump on the driver side or going down a rough road.

I thought it may have been something with the grab handle I installed over the summer but I took that off and ensured all was tight but the noise is still there.

I checked the door check to make sure it was tight and it was.
The door has no play.
No noise when I rock the truck in the driveway.
Nothing in the door pockets other than a couple detailing towels.
No other modifications inside the cab.

If you see someone driving down the road with a mechanic stethoscope on, don't judge... LOL.

I know noises can be hard to trace and correct, but just wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen and corrected it?
