I've tried tail lights that say they are compatible with 21 tundras, but each time they have a different wiring harness. My truck has (2) 2-wire harness plus reverse light. All the ones that I've tried have a 2-wire and a 3-wire connection.

Does anyone know some good LED tail light options that fit the 21 tundra?

    Thanks!

Which ones have you tried? All the wiring is the same from 14-21 years.

There are options for LED wiring kits keep the same OEM taillight

I remember someone having an issue like this and it turned out they weren’t disconnecting the wiring at the correct location of the harness. Turned out to be a brain fart moment. Me thinks the pic will make this one easy

Yup, I just figured it out, and thanks to the previous person for making me open it back up for a pic.

For Future searchers. On one of the harnesses, you have to take the bulb with it.

Rolfeman02, I just bought the same ones you posted #3. The connector with resister goes to the turn signal 2 wire, the other 2 wire connector goes to the park/brake light, twist out the rev light connector and twist it into the hole with arrow sticker. I have a 2019 tundra platinum, love them so far, I’ll try to get some pics later.
