2021 CM TRD Pro or Limited + chrome mods

Currently own a White 2018 4Runner that I modified to black out chrome. It's easy since the SR5 comes with color matched bumpers, mirrors and handles. I'm moving up to a Tundra to haul more and have trailer breaking. I want the same black out style with no chrome. I need 4x4, but really don't need the TRD Pro off road features or want the extra cost (5K diff at my dealer). The Limited chrome is killing me. KILLING ME! I'm also frustrated that the TRD Pro doesn't come with heated seats (correct me if I'm wrong).

Also, I will change the wheels/tires and lift, so I already have that after purchase expense.

Do I spend less upfront and mod the chrome on a Limited, or get the TRD Pro and negotiate seat heaters be added by the dealer? What other factors am I not considering that I should?

 

Get a Platinum or check out the TRD Sport

 

Also if your going new the Pro does have heated seats
