Can I use 2020 tundra trd pro fox shocks on my 2020 trd pro seqouia? How different are they if they are?

Nope. Different lengths front and rear.

Swap away with the front, rear should be different though.

They are definitely different. I have a 2017 Sequoia Limited 4x4 and a 2021 Tundra TRD Pro, and I just hit 125,000 on my Sequoia and put the Sequoia TRD Pro Fox Shox on the truck. I noticed right away they were different lengths in the back. I cannot speak for the front. Bottom line totally worth it! It rides so much better.
