So I installed a Pop N lock tailgate lock on my 2020 Tundra. That involved me splicing two wires near the passenger side kick panel to tap into the door lock wires. Today I realized that the passenger side front window will not go down when using the button on the actual passenger door. I am able to lower the window from the drivers side. The window lock is not on, I checked the harness and couldn’t find any wires that were pulled out or damaged. Only other thing I could thing of is that I may have popped a fuse during the installed. What fuse should I look for ?

Also is anyone aware of which colored wires exactly are involved in the passenger door switch so I can narrow down that it’s definitely not a loose or pulled wire causing the issue ?

Unlikely it's a fuse. If it were a fuse, it wouldn't work from the driver side either.

Double check color of the wires that you tapped into, and test continuity of the tap connections. For 2018+: Green pop and lock wire to red with silver dash Toyota harness wire. Blue pop and lock wire to white with silver dash Toyota harness wire. Both wires should be in cavities near bottom of connector.
