2020 Tundra messaging

Hello,
I bought a 2020 Tundra Palatium. Before I drove off the lot the dealership setup my phone to the Bluetooth and it was working great. I could even press the voice button on the steering wheel and say: "text wife blah blah blah" and it would send it. But now I when hit the button and say "text wife" its says "what Quick Reply do you want to send."
Anyone else have this? How do I make it go back to the other way?

 

Instead of the voice button, I use the phone off-hook button and Siri does the messaging. Works well but you need an Apple phone.
