2020 Sr5 TRD OR 3 inch lift kit.

I don't know a whole lot about suspensions, wheels, tires, etc. I loved my tundra when I got it and I made the mistake of allowing my friend to show me how awesome tundras looks with modifications. Please educate me and help me find a budget lift, wheels and tire package. I want a 3 inch lift with 18s wrapped in 35s. Please educate me and guide me.
