I have another weird one for you guys. I bought my 2020 new, since I have purchased I normally leave it unlocked at home since its in a garage. It has never locked on its own in 3 years. Yesterday I put it in the garage, was doing some stuff around the garage and heard it lock.
I though maybe I hit the fob in my pocket. I unlocked it, and hung up the fob.
Next thing you know, it locks again on its own. I tested 1 more time, unlocked it with the fob, and hung it up. A minute or so later, beep, it locks again.

I have read that there is a setting to auto lock 30-60-90 sec if doors are not opened after unlocking. I have not changed any settings. Does any of the software auto update on these ? Im sort of at a loss of what to do. Im guessing I should find that setting, but how the hell did it start doing it on its own ?

    thanks again.
    Vic

It most likely has always done it and you are recently aware of it. You can access the setting through the radio. I can't remember if you can turn it off completely or not? Mine is set to 90 seconds

I know that is common but I would of noticed after 3 years of ownership on this truck. Something has changed. I’m regularly in my garage and the truck is unlocked I’ve never heard it auto lock

On mine, if it's locked, and you use the fob to unlock it, but don't open the door within a set amount of time. It locks again. If you drive it, get out and don't lock it, it doesn't auto lock.

Maybe you hit the fob? Mine will do that sometimes when I am in the garage working. Will go up to the truck and it's locked when I know it was unlocked

Mines does the same, if u hit unlock and don’t open and close the door, it will automatically lock. When i drive it home and park in the garage and just leave it unlock, it stays unlock
