Just joined and wanted to post my build now that I am done. Bought last year. A 2020 Tundra Limited TRD Off Road Crewmax, 2 inch lift, 18x9 Fuel wheels, 285/65/18 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires, ARE topper, Diode Dynamics amber driving lights, MBRP catback exhaust, custom mudflaps, and a lot of exterior detail. I call it my sport build as I built custom boxes in the back. They hold hiking gear, a cooler, vehicle tools/straps, and have bungee tops for even more gear. Also a custom/removable bike mount for mountain bikes. Rack on top for Kayaks. Ready to go to the mountains/woods and just enjoy the outdoors.

Hard to provide details as I made them as I went along. What I can say is I made them from 1x12 boards, bolted them to the track system, 4 on the side and 1 at the end, and used bed liner for paint. Sorry can't be much more detailed but I measured each piece as I went as I negotiated around topper clamps etc. If you have a specific question I can try and answer it.

Realizing my reply was only slightly helpful, I can take inside pics, talk bolting, lid construction, etc. Just would be a lot for one post to cover every detail. Can explain each step as needed. Bottom line though you will have to measure bed length, if you have a topper, clamp locations, etc. Will not work without topper as they are not waterproof (getting inside boxes) and most covers use the rail system already. Ready to help if I can.
