2019 TRD with premium entune constant rebooting.

    Could someone with a 2019 TRD, premium entune please look under there Apps, settup, general, software update, update.... then tell me what "current""Audio" you have. Mine says 01019A. Im pretty sure there is a more recent update.
    My issue is that Im having constant rebooting of the head unit while Im driving or even parked. It all started after a iphone8 update several weeks ago. It was ok for the first 4 months I had the truck from new. It only reboots when I have my bluetooth paired and I sync my contacts. If I dont sync my contacts its fine. I had it back at the dealer and they coundnt find anything, but they said they did a update on the head unit. Well the history shows no update. They said it was per T-SB-0279-17. What ever update they did, didnt take. Because that tsb says it should be updated to 01019E or 01019D which like I said I have 01019A.(page 14 of the tsb)
    Ive already tried resetting my iphone, resetting back to factory, resetting my bluetooth on the truck, getting rid of any special characters in my contact list, and I tried deleting some apps.
    The latest thing I did was delete all my resent calls on my phone because I get A LOT of spam and robo calls, and get rid of my favorites on my contact list. Well since then it has not rebooted. Not sure, maybe entune didnt like one of those phone numbers....you got me! Ill try anything! Well anyway, if someone can let me know what current Audio version they have , that would be great. I hate taking it back to the dealer everytime and they dont find anything. Maybe Ill have to leave my phone with them. I really think its a iphone issue though. Thanks very much!

    No, no Apple Watch. I’ve read about that too.

    Scroll to the end of that other thread and follow the steps I listed. Thanks to the Genius Bar guy from the Apple Store going the extra mile and coming out to my truck to fix it. Hope it works for you too.

    this problem only happens with some iPhones runnig IOS 13.1.2/3, Android phones don't cause any issues.

    iOS 13.2 just dropped yesterday, so maybe try updating to that and see if that includes the fix.

    Did it. Nothing in the update related to issue. Didn’t fix.
