    Just found a set near me with some small scratches and rock chips for 1000.00 or less with 14000 on the tires and no tpms is this worth it or should I keep looking

    Sounds like a pretty good deal (assuming the small scratches and rock chips don't bother you) - they're hard to come by. If it was close to me I'd pick them up.
