    Hi everyone,

If you had upto 3000 to spend on mods and upgrades nit including wheels and tires as thats already figured out.
Running boards and tonnoue cover are.part of the 3k in budget.
Looking for practical daily driver options to make it more comfortable but also make it my own so it doesn't look like all the others out there.

    Thanks everyone

If you are getting running boards and a tonneau cover there should be about 1k or slightly more left over. Don’t cheap out on good quality items. I purchased the Toyota oem aluminum steps and they are well worth the money. My tonneau was very expensive but i unfortunately got ROYALY screwed but BakFlip….can’t stand them. However the are many pricey but quality covers and again just for added affect no BakFlip.

You could do suspension for 1k but truthfully it’s not going to be worlds better or more comfortable at that price point. Firmer yes, better and “more” comfortable is highly subjective. I personally feel that the 2.5 gen Tundra has the best ride in their entire lineup.

And if suspension isn’t your thing with 1k you can to a multitude of things to make it personalized…

    Thank you,
I need a tonnoue cover that's easy to take off when I go for hay runs ect.
Was considering either a roll up or hard fold tri cover.
Was also contemplating maybe upgrading the factory head unit but I also live.in an area with very dark backroads so also contemplating something to help with that.
I will definitely look at the running boards you mentioned.

how are you using the truck? Street only? Off road and if so, fireroads or more difficult trails? Do you tow and how heavy? Do you haul? Do you drive around with the truck enpty or is there 300-500 lbs of stuff in the cab and bed? Do you want to lift some to install larger tires or stick with 32/33inch tires?

Good questions it's my daily driver wife has 2 minis for horses so sometimes have to go pick up 20-30 bales in the bed and do plan to get a travel trailer in the not to distant future.

I already have the oem led foglights and the driverside.pull handle doesn't bother me not having one.
98% of the time the bed is empty I have a 1400 foot long dirt driveway but otherwise never go offroad or really plan to.
Buy deep snow up here at times can be problematic for how deep it can get.

Leather and heated seats. If you can install those, the price comes out to about $700.

Rear underseat storage, $150-$500 dependent on what you decide.

    Interior VLEDS lighting.

If you have the towing package does it come with a trans cooler? If not and plan for a travel trailer definitely a good idea!

Also someone at some point had mentioned a rear sway bar to help with better handling overall?

Well I hate covers just gets in the way for me.

Rims/tires and lift is what people really notice first when looking at differences. Maybe a grill.

    Definitely good to know!
I will look into that and I'm not that mechanically inclined but have a really good honest mechanic.

Also considering if a 2.5-3" lift is doable and when I need new tires going 1-2 sizes bigger without rubbing or having to deal with replacing any uca ect.
