2019 Super White SX

Good Evening Tundras.com Crew!

I already made a potential owner post about a month ago. After constantly fighting with myself over what I wanted I decided to ignore the used trucks and went ahead and bought a 2019 Super White SX Package. When I test drove it, it had 5 miles on it.



I went with the SX package for the already painted end caps, the recycled Pro wheels, and everything blacked out, no badges, and no running boards(not a fan of factory). Went DoubleCab over CrewMax as I don't have kids(don't plan to) so my dog has plenty of room back there and I get the 6.5' bed.

Parts Ordered:
Black Exhaust Tip
TRD Pro Center Caps
2015-2017 Pro Grill(found the 3D printed bracket and ordered as well)
Running Boards
TUNDRA Letter Inserts(OEM Matte Black)
Black Stubby Antenna(My phone plays all my music)
Black Leather TRD Shift Knob

I am going into my old job Sunday to see if my old boss will buy the factory Bridgestone Duelers off me as he LOVES those tires and I would like to get a set of Duratracs.

Parts coming at some point:
Limo tint in rear and state limit on front
2.5" Coilovers(Trying to get lucky with a Pro kit)
2019 TRDPro LED Headlights
TRD Front Sway Bar
TRD Rear Sway Bar
TRD Pro Skid Plate
Blacked out Tail lights
Swapping every bulb to LED(did this to my Celica and love it)

It was difficult to commit to spending that much money but I love the truck so far.

Questions for you Tundra Pro's:
Spray on Bed liner, is Line-X good? I live in Maine which is rust belt and the plastic inserts like to store mud in the creases so I was looking at a Spray liner.

Is the JBL Audio upgrade worth the cost? I have a 5000w stereo system in my car and the audio system in this truck is trash in comparison.

Any other small tweaks I should be looking into?

Congratulations on the truck. Love the white. I also just got an “SX” a few weeks ago. I love it. Good luck with the new rig.

 

Nice truck! If the SX was an option in 17 I may have went that route. Super white is the best color after all.

How was the fit of those tires? Was there any room for 275/70/18. I have the same truck and want to get rid of my baby tires too.
