2019 sr5 stereo problems

i feel like I am stuff between a rock and Toyota about my stereo in my 2019 tundra. I have the stereo screen set to three windows, two small on left and one big on right, which ever app or function I have set in the right larger screen takes over the entire screen on its own. I ha e taken in to Toyota several time and the technician are unable to replicate the issue while the truck sitting in their service bay. I have submitted several videos of the issue and still Toyota will not replace the stereo. Got a call back from Toyota and now they want me to leave my truck and cell phone with them so they can drive it around and try to get the stereo to mess up. Any ideas of what may cause the issue?

 

Before I did that I would turn the Bluetooth on your phone off and see if I could isolate the problem to the head unit.

 

I have had tried that and it still had the same issue.
