2018 Tundra Crewmax Tow hitch question

Hello to all, new member here.
I recently purchased 2018 Tundra and PO told me that he removed the hitch when changed the rear bumper. I found new OEM hitch locally but when took it to the shop they could not figure out how to install it. According to the shop my Tundra already has reinforced piece and I just need to install receiver. There is a eTrailer hitch that is available but was trying to see if I can just get away with receiver only, possibly Harbor Freight Haul Master 5k receiver
(most likely will haul aluminum trailer at 1200Lbs with light race car, few times a year). Here's photos of my Tundra and the hitch I have. Thanks for your help.

 

What is the part number on the label on that hitch?

 

That hitch is for a 2022 and newer. Mine is a 2020 and the 2018 should look like this as well.

 

I see what you are saying but why my truck has different reinforcement bar vs your reinforcement incorporated with the hitch? Do you think I can use my support and just add the receiver?

 

Any other inputs regarding using just Harbor Freight receiver to mount on existing reinforcement bar?
