My 2018 Trd sport that I was in love with and just stretching its legs at 80k miles was totaled in a hit and run in august. Little did I know a 2024 had rolled out of assembly in Texas around the same time. So after haggling progressive for my cash out, I was able to get a one way rental and road trip down to J.Allen Toyota in Mississippi and pick up my new ride. J. Allen was excellent and was able to get the pro with trd steps, console safe, bed step, tailgate extender, and dash camera for thousands less than used 22’s and 23’s.
New to 2024 and my upgrades:
I can confirm the headliner and plastic pillars are all blacked out now and it has the updated Trd pro control arms. After viewing another post on here I decided to go straight to 35s without a westcott lift. I chose 305/70/18 (34.9x12.3) recon grapplers that we’re actually a true 35 and bigger all around than the 35x11.50r20 ridge grapplers on my 2018.
I can confirm ZERO rub with simple front mud flap removal. I removed prior to tire shop so no idea if it rubs with them on. I am very happy with the pro’s plush ride but the recons do feel a litter stiffer. The shop aired them to 38psi might go down to 32… only other add on so far has been ceramic tint. Currently looking at the backflip bed covers, can anyone verify they are the same as the oem ones?
Posting pics of the sport (RIP) and the new one showing new suspension and tire fitment

Congratulations on the new truck, unfortunate circumstances and sad to see an '18 get beat up like this, but hopefully everyone involved was okay. Enjoy!

Cool truck! Seems like an odd place for a shock reservoir.
