2018 center console rubbing passenger seat

I have a 2018 Tundra Platinum and noticed the center console is rubbing on the passenger seat when I lift it up. I thought it might been misaligned when I had the car cleaned and they took out the seat, but the dealer checked it out yesterday and checked with another 2018 and he said it was the same issue.

Anyone else have this problem. I just want it to wear down the area with friction overtime.

 

The lid of my center console doesn't touch the seats. I have to say that both of my seats are moved all the way towards the rear though.

 

Driver does not rub. I typically have the passenger seat all the way up since my wife since in the back with the kids.

I just moved it all the way back and no rubbing.
