    Hello,

I’m having an issue with the small bulbs (921s) in the upper portion of both tail lights. The lights do not work unless the hazards or turn signals are on. The break light (3157?) works when break is pressed. I’ve replaced all the bulbs except the reverse lights, and checked fuses (all work). What am I missing? Can someone please advise me?

    Thank you!

There is nothing wrong with them. Those are the turn signals. That is the only time that they will come on. Were you thinking that all 4 red lenses were supposed to be on at the same time when the parking lights are on?

Even when set to auto or when I have them in the on position? Yeah I assumed that they were all supposed to be on when driving. I was driving early morning and someone was flashing their brights so I assumed they were supposed to be on. Thank you for the answer!

As @Tundra234 said it sounds like everything on your truck is working properly! I also agreed that it shouldn't be just the lowers working so we fixed that!
