So I have the dsr1 and a kenwood excelon 5 channel amp. I also have a monoblock amp to run my subs. My subs are 2 ohm. 2 10s. I have flashed my dsr1 and hooked up everything. I’ve been on here trying to see what I missed. I have no sound on the right side. My subs are working but aren’t powerful like they used to be. I’m only getting left side sound and dash and tweeters (but not right front tweeter). only thing I can think of is I didn’t quite flash dsr1 correctly. Do I have to have the tech12volt harness to use stock wiring? What am I missing?

Did you get everything from James?
I got mine from him and it had several harnesses and they had to be hooked up correctly. Are you only getting sound from dash and tweet? Those are run off the headunit. Sounds like a harness issue and getting it wired up correctly. Honestly, the best thing that happened to my 19 was the stock jbl hu died. It was ok with the stock hu and dsr1 but just couldn’t get things right. Hu died putting a kenwood and night and day difference. That hu sucks. I also changed out all the jbl stuff when I installed the dsr1 never was satisfied.

No I didn’t get it from James. I’m getting sound from driver side speakers and tweeters. And dash. I want to replace the HU but I want to keep all the features it has but I can’t swing the price of it right now. I’ve replaced door speakers and subs.
