2017 tundra windshield replace and mess with something

My 2017 tundra got windshield replace yesterday, after they got done, notice that alarm doesn’t work, I got light of seatbelt, airbag and traction control on, the rear view Mirrow is off, my truck doesn’t have a camera or heater on the glass, none of this was ever done before until they change windshield any idea something could have caused it? Thanks

 

Disconnect your battery and let it sit for a little while and then reconnect it and see if the lights clear.

 

I Already it 3 times and last one I left it over night and still nothing I unplug both positive and negative and still no change

Could it be the rearview mirror plug?
