After removing the trim you can see there is lots of room below for the switches and wiring.

I marked off my locations for the two switch holders. Now I'm going to cut them out. I wanted to make sure the switches will lay flat against the trim so I'll notch the raised edges on the side of the switch mounts.

Here are the switches mounted in place. Next I'll do all the wiring to the switches.

The radiance lights need two switches each. So four switches are just for two lights. But I still need to install rock lights and later roof rack lighting. Lol

Go to https://www.otrattw.net/ if you want to design or select a custom switch layout. You can select your switch holder, then your switch, color of you switch lighting, custom make your own images and wording. I got mine about four days after I placed my order.

There are pressure clips on the switch holder and the switches themselves. So you can simply remove them with a flat screwdriver if needed.

I finally got time to wire up my 40" Rigid Radiance front grill. I have the blue Radiance on in the photo. I'll be posting more picks soon of the rest of the build.

So how hard was it to install the light int he grille? I like that look. And where did you get the light? It's a blue light?

It's not that bad to install the light if your tedious about the install. You can install a 40" light bar perfectly in the TRD pro grill. I decided to use the rigid radiance light because you can run the backlights in red, blue, green, amber or white. Then you still have the spot lights like any normal bar light. My wiring was the biggest install since I have so many lights in various locations on the truck.

The rigid radiance only allows you to have only one back light color and then the main spots are white of course. So I picked a blue back light for the front and the rear is a red back light that I can legally run while on the road. I already stopped a DPS cop to double check and save me from a possible ticket. Haha

I like the blue backlight on the front. Would work well with my truck.

You have a good looking truck Royalpeeps! I noticed you have black handles and almost no chrome except for the front bumper ends. Have you ever thought about doing the bumper ends in black or the same blue color?

Planning on having them line x'ed. Or powder coated. The last of the evil chrome. LOL. Plasti dipping all the badges maybe tomorrow night.

@TX 2017 Platinum Tundra Dude!! You have a sweet ride!! Damn nice truck bro. All those wires would send me into a frenzy. I do want a 40" for my Pro grille but thats about it. Maybe change out my fog lights with some Rigid lights. All I can say is I'm very impressed with what you have done! Great job!

Perfect spot for your switches that's where mine are. I was worried about the reach but it doesn't bother me at all. Regarding rehearing to 4:88...is it fair to say it unneeded if you supercharge it. Would the power make it level back out for lack of a better term?

Since I'm running 37" tires it would be a lot easier on the drivetrain, gas mileage and performance to run the 4:88 gears versus the stock 4:30 gears.
