2017 Tundra Crewmax 4WD

Hello this is my first time posting a question on the site and I’m hoping Im posting in correct area. I purchased a few years back a Ram 1500 UAX UConnect 4C NAV with 12” Touchscreen that’s almost new. I was wondering if it’s possible to swap my current headunit with the 12 “ Uconnect screen. Is it at all feasible? I’ve attached photos of the Ram screen front and back
