2016 XSP-X LED DTRL MOD

I have a 2016 XSP-X with the LED dtrl's. I have not been a fan of them working when the switch is in the accessory position just because I don't like them being on if I'm just listing to the radio or trying to charge my phone. So I started hunting for a wire that has power only when the switch is in the on position. I found an unused connector behind the panel where the LED switch is located. You can see from this pic the extra connector and the wires that I used. I moved the connector from the mirror accessory power to the light green on the extra connector. Don't know if anyone else is annoyed by this but here is how I did it.

 

This mod doesn't alter the way the led dtrls work. Just when the come on. Everything still works the same as it did from the factory. The amber dtrls still work the same too.
