So frustrated hoping someone has experienced this. Our 2016 Tundra Limited (209k miles 5.7 v8) had the starter replaced in January. Since then we've had numerous times it just won't start. All electronics come on the engine just doesn't turn over/crank nothing. Everytime we've had this, eventually it starts. Sometimes after a few minutes but its been as long as 2 days (over a weekend it would not start, tow truck came Monday and it cranked right up no issue). The last time this happened we had it towed to the dealership. Once there it cranked right up. They kept it all week. We literally got it last night and got 5 starts out of it and now this morning it won't start again.

I'm thinking it may be a loose wire from relay to starter or maybe the truck doesn't realize its in gear and won't start??? I'm at a loss and the shop won't/can't fix it unless its happening there. We also noticed last time it started after a few days of being dead it flashed traction control off and the check engine light came on. Shop said the code said it needed an oil filter.

Anyone ever had this? Thank you!
