Just an FYI if you experience this problem...
gas tank nearly empty, but would not accept gas...Pump kept shutting off(multiple pumps). Problem was rollover (valve or whatever it's called) was stuck shut. Backed truck up on ramps, and was able to sit upright just behind gas tank. Clamp on hose comes loose easily, pry hose up from tank with flathead screwdriver. I took a stiff 7 inch piece of wire and stuck in tank very gingerly.Just as I felt it it touch something, I felt it come unstuck...(no pressure or force needed)..This has happened twice...not sure what causes it, but this fixes it.

A stiff 7 inches can certainly make magic happen....oh and the check valve issue, heard of that so much that I just avoid completely filling the tank. Usually don't need to carry 38 gal around anyway. Some have paid for brand new tanks, over a grand IIRC. No thanks!
