Looking for a good blue tooth scanner for this. My blue driver doesn't seem to have a lot of options for the tundra.

My TPMS light came on the other daybandbi have been trying to see what the pressures read.

My dash doesn't seem to do that on the 16' model.

Any Bluetooth scanners anyone used that can?

I'm not sure if the Veepeak OBD unit will read the TPMS or not. I would have to play with mine. The easiest thing to do right now is check your tire pressure. If the weather in your area has cooled down, the pressure will be lower and kick the light on. The batteries in the sensors average about 10 years.

As already mentioned. Adjust your tire pressures then find the tpms reset button on the right lower part of the dash just above the gas pedal. With the truck ON, push the button untill the tpms light starts to blink. Release and drive the truck and see if the light goes out. If not then scanner time.

On my 2020, when the pressure is low enough to kick the light on, I add air while it's still running and the light goes out after a couple of minutes. No reset needed.

It could be a battery going bad. Which Autel do you have? It won't read your sensors currently?

Reseting sets threshold pressure. Say if you over inflated the tires for whatever reason and the reset button is pushed it will set the threshold pressure higher. A small decrease in tire pressure if the tires are set to door pressure will turn on the tpms light.

True....I wasn't thinking about the thresholds. That reminds me.....I have to look at my ScanGauge 3.

Naw need to update it. Last update I had for it was 2014, figured I could hold off another year or two . They got sued shortly after that, so if I update it I loose some features for a couple older cars.

Was hoping there was a Bluetooth one that I could get, not to replace my big one, but for quick on the road stuff like this.
So far carista did not work to read the tpms nor did the obd link mx+.

May not be one capable of interfacing with that module. Was just curious if anyone found one before i tried an couple.

I have they are all fine, just curious for future. I figured if it can access the tpms system, it should access more then the ones I have.
I like haveing the ability to easily check things out if I'm not home to use other tools
