2016 toyota tundra SR5 rear rotor wont go back on wheel

    2016 Toyota tundra SR5 rear rotor wont go back on wheel. Appears e-brake pads are in the way and I've loosened the star wheel brake adjuster all the way loose. Tried a new brake rotor and wont go on. Tried to put old rotor back on and it will not go on. Why.??
