2016 Tailgate compatibility?

    New member here, looking for a little help
    Backed into a pole with my 2016 black Toyota Tundra Limited. Need a new tailgate it won’t close. Trying to find a used one, but I need to make sure that it is compatible.
    Appears the 2.5 is from 2014 to 2021.

    Will a tailgate from any of these years fit the 2016 Limited?

    Welcome and sorry for you luck. All tailgates across all trims should be the same within that 2014-2021 span. Best way to know with certainty is to look up an oem replacement online for your specific year and see what it says for model year fitment.
