Started changing out my Alternator that went bad. When I was unplugging the connector my hand slip and Accidentally pull the wires out. Which color goes to which and what is a easy way to fix this.

I assume you mean the 4 pin connector? You should be able to "take apart" or "disassemble" the connector to slide the wires/terminals back in. IF the wires pulled out of the terminals, and the terminals are still in the connector it will be much harder to fix.

    Pin #1 Black/Yellow, to battery
Pin #2 Green/Yellow, power in from fuse
Pin #3 Red, Signal wire to ECM
Pin #4 Black, Signal wire to Insturment Cluster
