Remote start Lightbar

My friend got a second hand set of headlights from a 2018 we hit a snag in the road when it comes to the drl strip on the headlights not come on he got a kit on Amazon that came with a drl kit that uses a fuse from a source in the fuse box, if anyone can point out a place to start it would be much appreciated.
