I have a 2015 Tundra double cab and am wanting to add some black fender flares but I don't want to remove my factory mud flaps if possible. Does anyone know if such a flare exists?

If not, I think you should consider it anyway. Looks much better. I did it primarily to protect from door and shopping cart dings though. As for the mud flaps, cut my fronts to keep the part that seals up the cab mounts so no mud is getting up in there. Installed Bushwhacker rocker panel and door sill guards to keep the paint on the rocker panels. I have DeeZee black diamond plate aluminum mud flaps sitting in my garage to get installed on the rear. Good luck with your search!

Bushwacker makes the "OE style factory front & rear fender flairs" set. They allow you to keep your factory mud flaps. I reciently installed these on my truck and like them, however it took a bit of triming to make them work with the mud flapes. Was a PITA!

But they look good and are available at Amazon for $296, very good price.

Looks good! Have a link for these? Also can you please post a shot of the fuel door area? I have an aftermarket locking fuel door that could be a problem.
