I know there are threads all over the place and I’ve reviewed a good amount of them but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. 2015 Crewmax with non-JBL. Although I will likely add an new HU and installs a sub(s) down the line, I’m looking to upgrade all of the speakers and replace the cheesy sub with a five channel (leaving the 5th empty for the future sub). I am aware that the Tundra tweeter wiring is run off the stock HU so in addition to the hardware recommendations, I am wondering what I will need in terms of harness kits to get the amp to power all of the speakers. I’ve looked at Taco Tunes, OEM Plus, TechVolt12, and Trailgrid Pro but not really sure I like their speaker options. I would prefer to shop my own speakers / amp but find some mostly plug/play connections given that I’ve never done any audio work or wiring. Anyone out there with info or can point me to an existing thread on this specifically? Thanks in advance!!
