Yes, I found the issue it was the battery all along the guy in auto parts store sold me a battery that had 700 amps. The correct battery is 1200 to 1400 amps asp per the user manual that solved the issue. Hope it solves your issue.

I have the same issue with my JBL Entune radio/gps on a 2017 Tundra Platinum. Worked fine on 9/8/2023, but wasn't working yesterday morning. My back-up camera is working though.
I see mentioned where an incorrect sized battery was the issue. My battery was replaced by a toyota dealer a few months ago so I have doubt that would be the cause of my issue. Would think that they use the proper amp battery.

    Any other solutions ?

I have 2014 1794, for some time my radio would turn off and turn on for no reason while driving, but this week just turn off and not turning on anymore. Back up camera is working , fuse 7.5 Amps is OK. Battery was replaced by dealer 3 years ago. Would any of you know what is the reason for this problem and how was it fixed.

toyota1794... I did not fix my radio; hence, do not know what caused the issue. I got lucky and found a person on facebook wanting to sell his factory JBL radio also from a 2017 Tundra Platinum. It was an exact match. Having said that, I was prepared to take my radio to a radio specialist in Dallas in hopes of having them fix it. They were recommended by parts guy who had worked at Toyota of Dallas. If you have an extended warranty ( I didn't have one) there's a good chance that you'd be able to get it replaced by your local dealership.

Fellows, when that crap starts, start saving your money. Those Head units absolutely suck. I had the same thing and tried everything for about a week. It would work then it wouldn't and they only parts would. Pulled it out and in went a Kenwood and all problems in the world were solved. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but those symptoms spell the end of the HU. Did I mention they suck? Well, they do.
I bought a kenwood dnr1007xr as a christmas present to myself. You don't have to spend that much but i wanted all the goodies and after all it was my christmas present. LOL!!!!
And my amazing wife told me to get what I wanted so I wouldn't be wining and fussing about it in a few months. SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!
