2013 Toyota Tundra Rock Warrior

stock, BFG KO2

I’m wondering how difficult it will be to replace my 13 tundra bed center panel because mine has rust around each bolt. A genuine Toyota bed center panel is about $800 and my welding skills could be better. Ultimately, I would like to finish the project by getting a Line-x bed liner.
