2013 toyota tundra no reverse

My old tranny on my 2013 tundra went bad, I purchased another one exactly the same from another tundra that was wrecked with only 80k miles on it. I installed and drives perfectly fine all gears good but reverse when I put it on reverse it acts like if it was in neutral. Any ideas? Is a 2wd. Thank you!

 

Assuming this is an auto.
Has it thrown any codes?
Do your reverse lights come on?
Did you re-use old torque converter?
How did the fluid look in the replacement trans?

 

Yes sir is in auto transmission, yes reverse lights go on, I use the torque converter that came with the tranny I bought and the oil came out clean do debris or anything bad.

 

When in N, does it move forward?
Did you follow the fill procedure?

 

In N it acts normal as it should just when I put in reverse is like if it was in neutral.

 

Tundras (in the US) have only come with automatic transmissions.
