Per the title, I have a 2013 Toyota sequoia that has a rear heater core. Very little to no heat comes out of the vents. After researching, I found that if you touch the hoses and one is hot and the other is cold, it means you have a clogged core. I reverse and normal flushed the heater core back and forth several times. There was plenty of water flow from my garden hose which was on a regulator to prevent over pressurizing. I did the flush two separate times; one from underneath the engine hood, and the other from underneath the vehicle. After putting fresh coolant in and bleeding the system, there is still little to no heat and the two hoses are still at different temperatures to the touch. What, if anything else, can I do to fix this?

Plenty of airflow from the vents, just no heat?

Correct. Air flow is normal and the blend door actuators are working normal.
